Apply for any of our available homes using our online form.

2. We’ll Be In Touch
Once we’ve reviewed your details, we’ll contact you directly and share a video tour of the property so you can see everything clearly before making a decision.

3. Decision Time
If you’re happy to proceed and everything looks good on both sides, we’ll carry out reference checks. If all goes well, we’ll offer you the property and begin the paperwork.

4. Move In
With your deposit securely protected under Safe Deposit Scotland and all safety checks completed, you can move in confidently.

Are you Landlord Registered?Yes, we’re fully registered and approved by the Scottish Government’s Landlord Registration scheme.

Where are your properties located?Our properties are based within the Central Belt of Scotland, offering easy access to both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Can I view the property remotely?Yes. We offer video viewings so you can see the property clearly and make a confident decision without needing to attend in person.

Where is the deposit held?Your deposit is securely held in the Safe Deposit Scotland scheme, a government-approved tenancy deposit protection service.

How is rent paid?Rent is collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.

What if there’s an issue with heating or hot water?We have 24/7 emergency cover for heating, hot water, plumbing, and drains. We’ll provide the details from the start of your tenancy.

How do I report a maintenance issue?Use our online reporting system at wvph.fixflo.com. Once submitted, our team will handle the rest and dispatch the appropriate tradesperson.

Are pets allowed?We allow up to 3 pets, e.g. 2 dogs, or 1 dog and 2 cats. We understand pets are part of your family, so just let us know what you have.

Can I decorate the property?Yes, you’re welcome to make the property feel like home. We just ask you to use neutral tones if making bold changes, and to restore them when moving out if needed.

How much notice do I need to give if I want to leave?You’ll need to give 28 days’ notice — simple and straightforward.

What safety checks are done before I move in?Each property undergoes full electrical and gas safety checks. You’ll also receive a detailed photographic inventory and all required legal documents.

I have a CCJ, can I still apply?Yes. We assess each application individually. A past CCJ doesn’t automatically exclude you. Honesty on your application is key.

Who handles council tax?You’re responsible for registering with your local council. Let them know your move-in date and personal circumstances as you may be eligible for a discount.
